Hayley Roux

Hayley grew up on a dairy farm near Matamata in Waikato. She completed a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) at the University of Waikato, majoring in Accounting, and then worked in a variety of Finance roles in NZ, the UK and South Africa. Some organisations she has worked for are KPMG, NZ Dairy Board, McDonald's, OfficeMax and Awanui Group (Labtests/Gribbles).

She really enjoys working in Finance roles because she can learn about all parts of an organisation and work with people across the whole business. 

Hayley lives in Pukekohe and, in her spare time, enjoys playing squash, hiking, spending time at the beach, and watching her kids participate in various sports.
