Lisa Giles

Lisa has been a familiar face in our customer service team since the middle of 2018. She has always wanted to work with animals; she really can't remember a time in her life when she didn't have an animal in her family. Her favourite thing about her job is, of course, our adorable patients, but the team she works with comes as a close second. She loves that our clinic has a warm, friendly feel, and she thinks our clients would agree. Lisa enjoys being part of an easy-going team with high standards, and she appreciates how professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable our team is. We think the same of her!
She is passionate about caring for older animals and about offering advice that will help them as they age. She enjoys educating clients on general health maintenance, such as worming, flea and tick control, grooming, vaccinations, and diet. She also has a strong interest in horses and draws on her experience to offer advice to our clients.
Her soft spot for our older patients likely comes from her beautiful 14-year-old Labrador, Phoebe. She also has a gorgeous cat named Lucy and a granddog named Indie. As we mentioned, Lisa loves horses, she has four of her own - Spud, Roo, Thunder, and Bobby. Outside of work, Lisa spends a lot of time with her horses and at various horse events, where she also offers Equine Equissage and Traditional Massage. She loves getting out on their boat to fish and spend quality time with her family - something made even more special since the arrival of her grandson (of the human kind!). Oskar.
